HealthyMe provides care coordination, navigation and linkages to health and social care services. We also provide Behavioral Health counseling/therapy as well as a variety of healthy lifestyle and nutrition programs. See our services here.

HealthyMe services are available to residents of Palm Beach County. Certain programs may be available to residents of southern Martin County. You will be asked to provide proof of residency.

There is never a charge for services provided by HealthyMe.

No, you do not need insurance of any kind to become a HealthyMe client.

No, you do not need to be currently employed.

You may be asked to provide proof of income to verify eligibility for certain services provided by HealthyMe or our partner organizations.

Yes, we have several bi-lingual (Spanish) team members.

Income eligibility varies by program.

In most cases we can arrange connections to benefits specialists to help clients apply for Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, and other government assistance programs.

Transportation assistance may be available for health-related appointments.

Yes, we assist with connecting clients to food banks, nutritional programs, and housing assistance programs. Our team will help you navigate local resources to meet these basic needs.
Specific Questions Related to HealthyMe’s Behavioral Health Counseling Program

Yes. In order to be eligible for Behavioral Health counseling provided by HealthyMe’s full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your total family income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level and you are either uninsured, or if insured, your insurance does not cover this service, or insurance cannot provide a Spanish speaking therapist if one is required.

We will provide as many sessions as needed for recovery.

Your first visit will be in person. Future visits may take place via Telehealth at the discretion of the therapist.

Yes. Appointments are available via Telehealth and will be scheduled to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

Family members/partners may participate in sessions when appropriate and must also register as a HealthyMe client. Children ages 4 and over may be eligible for counseling services.

Information about treatment is part of your medical record; it is confidential, and HIPAA protected.

You can inform your lawyer that you are under therapeutic treatment and ask for guidance.
