Barry B. Byrd has been practicing law in Florida for over 40 years, is a shareholder of the law firm of Pineiro Byrd PLLC in Jupiter, Florida and has received Board Certification in Real Estate from The Florida Bar. He specializes in all aspects of Real Estate law including financing, leasing and development; title examination and title insurance; construction law; zoning; lender representation and banking; purchase and sale of businesses; commercial transactions and contracts; and entity and corporate representation.

Barry has been involved with numerous civic organizations locally and nationally, including the Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce (former President and Director); Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (former Director); Marine Life Center of Juno Beach (former Director and Chairman of Board); Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County (former Director); Boys & Girls Club of Riviera Beach (former Director and Chairman of the Board); Abacoa Partnership for Community (current Director and former Chairman); MyClinic Inc (current Director and Secretary); and National Conference on Citizenship, a US Congressionally chartered non-profit in Washington DC (current Director and Secretary).

He has also served as a director on public companies listed on the NY Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange.

In his spare time, he enjoys golf, tennis (former tennis professional), skiing, music (formerly performing guitarist), and travel.
