After a breast cancer diagnosis, HealthyMe’s Women’s Health Navigator helped an uninsured client find the care she needed through the Promise Fund of Florida. Thanks to our partnership with the fund, our client established primary care, completed an MRI and labs, and was enrolled in health insurance through a hospital partner that will cover all her treatment.

When an elderly client on a fixed income faced an overwhelming rent increase, HealthyMe provided critical assistance. We assessed her situation and connected her with resources to remain in her home and enhance her quality of life, including healthy food access and a free smartphone, and assisted in renewing her driver’s license—helping our client maintain her independence and well-being.
